There are so many reasons to love these cookies! They taste amazing, they are made with only 5 ingredients, they are naturally gluten free, and they are made with our delicious creamed honey. Keep them plain and simple, or dress them up with a delicious chocolate dip.
Ingredients
3/4 cup | oat flour |
1 cup | natural peanut butter |
1/2 cup | creamed honey |
1/2 tsp | vanilla |
1/2 tsp | baking soda |
optional | melted chocolate for dipping |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter and honey together with a mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Add in oats, vanilla and baking soda and mix again.
- Roll the dough into small 1 inch balls. Flatten the balls slightly with your hand.
- Take a fork and press the tines onto the top of the cookies to create a criss cross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow to cool on the baking sheet before moving onto a cooling rack. Cookies will firm up as they cool.
- If desired, melt some chocolate chips and dip the cookies for a special treat. They are great with chocolate and without.
