Our golden liquid honey pours easily and smells like summertime. Tasting notes include: lightly floral, delicately sweet, bright, smooth and deliciously subtle.
We have over 10,000 healthy hives on more than 350 bee yards across Ontario. Our hives move around throughout the season to different nutrient dense areas to draw nectar and pollen when it’s most abundant. The farms that our bees call home grow crops that benefit from pollination. The crops feed our bees. Our bees help the crops.
He loves being outside with his bees, working with local farmers and producing a healthy product. Brian began working in the bee industry when he was 12 years old. He and his wife Erin started Honey Fields in 2005 pollinating blueberries and cranberries with just 400 hives.
